Hayley Mott - Volunteer Coordinator

Hayley has been working in Volunteer Management for three years, during which time she has always acted as an advocate for the benefits volunteering can bring to volunteers, organisations and the people they care for. Most recently Hayley has supported volunteers in both a child and adult hospice setting, as well as supporting volunteers who engaged with young people who offend.

Hayley helps Dementia Adventure to recruit, train and support volunteers. As the first Volunteer Co-ordinator at Dementia Adventure Hayley is looking forward to playing a key role in shaping the growing role of volunteers across the whole organisation.

Hayley recently moved from Lancashire to Essex and enjoys exploring her new county and taking long walks with her dog. Hayley also enjoys ‘getting crafty’ in her spare time especially knitting and sewing.
