Thank You to all our Fundraisers!

Our ability to enable people with dementia to connect with the outdoors and have a greater sense of well-being is helped by your support and donations. This summer we have had a team of inspiring people completing challenges to raise money for us. We want to say a big THANK YOU to all of them and celebrate their incredible achievements!

In June, Jonathon Watson summited Mount Elbrus in Russia, one of the Seven Summits and the highest in Europe at a whopping 5650 metres tall! This incredible climb took him 10 days to complete and he has raised over £2,556 for multiple charities and projects. It’s not too late to sponsor him if you would like to show your support for his inspiring challenge  - click here.

In May, Neil Bullivant, completed the Nuffield Health Eton Sprints Triathlon 2017. He raised £719 (including gift aid) and also recieved £302 in matched funding from his employer. If you would like to give to Neil please click here.

Will Cobb completed the JLL Property Triathlon at Dorney Lake (the 2012 olympic venue) in June. Will’s Grandma lived with dementia which prompted him to fundraise for us. He raised £294 (including gift aid) for 2 charities - DA and Young Minds. Click here to sponsor Will.

And last but definitely not least, last month Gary Davies and John Dundas completed an incredible feat, cycling from Maldon in Essex to Paris for their ‘Prom to Paris’ fundraiser. They rode totally unsupported and have raised a fantastic £1557 for Dementia Adventure so far. Their fundraising page is still live, you can show your support here.
