By 2021 it is estimated that one million people in the UK will have dementia. Until a cure is found we need ways to live better with dementia, slow its progress and reduce the risk of developing the condition. There is compelling evidence that shows people with dementia engaging in nature based activities exhibit increased and sustained levels of health, well-being and quality of life.
