Open Training Events

In addition to our training products for small groups of between 8 and 12 people, we also operate a calendar of open training events.

These events are delivered by our team of qualified and experienced trainers, are regionally focused and specifically designed to be convenient to attend for a diverse range of individuals and organisations, who do not necessarily wish to book us on an exclusive basis. If you want to learn more about practical solutions to supporting people living with dementia and use our experience of delivering positive nature and outdoor based activities to gain confidence in the use of green spaces for everyday living - we may have the training event for you.

Family Carers Seminars - Free Events!

Are you a family carer or supporting someone living with dementia? Do you want to know more?

We are running a series of Family Carers Seminars around the UK. These free events are designed for family carers, informal carers or others supporting people living with dementia.

At these seminars you will:

  • Think differently about dementia, understanding it, including common symptoms
  • Continue to see the person – not the condition
  • Receive strategies to overcome communication barriers
  • Learn how to connect with your loved one using practical tips
  • Learn the benefits of contact with nature and the outdoors
  • Network with local support organisations and other family carers
  • Have the opportunity to ask individual questions
  • Receive a copy of our highly informative training pack

We'll be adding many events in different locations over the next few weeks, Please check regularly to see if we are running an event in your area or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
